AS-12E Punching Machine

l This machine is used for punching the laminated board to single cards.

l Controlled by PLC, automatic alignment, positioning and feeding.

l The accuracy is within 0.1mm ensured by the gapless built-in ball-screw feeding.

The imported mark sensor works with stepping motor to achieve Y-axis positioning and feeding by X-axis by the help of servo motor. Option for punching by hydraulic motor or servo motor to make the cards punched in ISO standard.
