該機用于感應卡層壓前的天線植入，采用多頭超聲波同時工作（最多可到10個頭）并與碰焊機雙工位同時加工，實現了一次裝料上線焊接同時完成工作，使機動時間重合，避免了繞線和碰焊相互等待，提高了工作效率，也避免了由二次裝料產生的位置誤差所帶來的不良品。

RXZR-20  Wire Embedding and Module Bonding combined machine

l This is for antenna embedding before lamination of proximity cards. With the ultrasonic multi-heads (up to 10 heads) and the bonding station combined, the wire embedding and the module bonding can be finished at the same time. It avoids the defective products from the position error of the second feeding and also improves the efficiency.
