AH11C 燙印機

特點

l 燙頭動力采用伺服電機驅動方式，燙印時燙頭與卡片接觸時間可調，燙后漏點少，粘接強度大。

l 入卡采用吸盤下拉方式，徹底消除出卡時的卡間劃傷。

l 卡片輸送采用側陰尼方式，定位準確，卡面無劃傷。

l 燙頭固定在主軸中心位置，卡片燙印位置可調，由卡臺的X、Y軸工作臺完成調整，調整簡單，精度可達±0.1mm。

l 膜帶使用步進電機輸送，燙印間距可設定，準確穩定，減少了燙印材料消耗。

l 燙印頭調平采用曲平調節，準確易調。

l 可選裝燙印后表面清潔站

AH11C Hot-Stamping Machine

§ Adjustable hot stamping time and strong bonding strength due to the hot stamping head powered by servo-motor.

§ Hot stamping head position and hot stamping can be simply and accurately adjusted by X-axis and Y-axis according to a patented technology and the accuracy can be 0.1mm.

§ Special card loading method by suction pulling for accurate location and scratches elimination.

§ X-film belt is powered by a stepping motor which stabilizes the space between and reduces the material consumption.
